Perimeter cladding is the “skin” of your steel building — it weathers the elements, provides thermal and acoustic insulation and defines the look of the building. PIMTAB supplies and erects complete systems: insulated sandwich panels, metal cassettes, profiled sheet systems, including industrial doors and windows.
Compared with traditional masonry, metal cladding is erected three times faster, weighs 5–8 times less and delivers superior thermal performance thanks to the high insulation thicknesses available. Long-term maintenance cost is significantly lower.
We customise RAL colours, finishes and architectural details to create a facade that represents your brand and fits the local urban or industrial setting.

5 Steps — From Audit to Completed Facade
Survey → selection → fabrication → erection → handover.
Survey and audit
We start from the real dimensions of the existing or designed structure.
We take exact dimensions of the existing structure, identify required openings (doors, windows) and assess fire-resistance requirements.
System and colour selection
We select the panel and RAL colour for performance and brand.
System proposals and RAL colour sample presentation. Thermal calculation and fire-compliance check. Detailed bill of quantities for the chosen system.
Made to order
Elements are fabricated to size for clean erection.
Panels are produced to the exact facade dimensions. Lead time: 3–6 weeks, depending on colour and system.
Specialist erection
Erection with airtight joint and corner detailing.
Panel, door and window erection by a specialist crew. Joints treated with gaskets and structural silicone. Average rate: 500–800 m²/day.
Handover and documentation
We hand over the facade with technical datasheets and acceptance documents.
Final inspection, perimeter airtightness test, documentation handover: manufacturer warranties, certificates of conformity, maintenance instructions.
